What: Fall Collection Contest

When: Deadline is November 21, 2008

Why: To Support your school of course, for each box top or label sent in the school gets $.10. Last year the school collected over $600. The classes that collect the most labels will win a Popcorn Party in December. There will be one winning class per grade level!

How: Have your child bring Box Tops and Labels to school in a sealed bag or envelope marked with their teacher’s name (if in Kindergarten, please indicate the days your child attends as well as the teacher’s name so that the appropriate class gets credit). They should drop them off in the box top collection container located near the front entrance or give them to their teacher.

Remember that the label collection portion of the Campbell’s Labels for Education has changed. Please send in only the new logo with the UPC of accepted products. We can no longer accept front panel product labels. Also, please take the extra time to neatly trim the labels and box tops to prevent any damage being done to the label and rendering it not usable.

We will do another collection contest starting January 1, 2009, so please keep on clipping! If everyone helps, we can earn more cash and reach the $1,000 mark. Cartridge Recycling
Cartridge recycling helps your school in two ways: we are helping the environment as well as helping the PTO with an easy fundraiser. You are welcome to send any printer cartridges, whether inket or laser, to school with your child. If you know of any companies that would be interested in setting up recycling bins, please contact me. If you have any questions, please contact Angie Winters.
