If
you are a Kroger, Meijer or Target shopper, here are some easy ways for
you to help us earn money for PTO throughout the school year.
Kroger Cares Program:
Here’s how it works. You buy a Kroger gift card from the PTO for $5. The
card has $5 on it and you can add any amount. You can recharge the card
at the Customer Service Desk or right at the checkout line before they
start ringing up your groceries. You can recharge the card with your credit
card, cash or check. Each time the SRPTO cards reach $5,000 in recharges
and orders, Kroger will send us a check for 5% of the total balance. The
gift cards may be redeemed at any Kroger nationwide. And although you
can’t recharge the cards at the Kroger gas station, you can pay for gas
with them, so pick up two!
Please send in $5 per card (checks payable to SRPTO) and address the envelope
to “SRPTO SCRIP”. Let me know which child/class you would like the card
to come home with, and I'll do the rest.
Meijer Community Rewards:
You can enroll for the Meijer Card at any Meijer store or online at www.meijer.com/rewards*.
Enrolled members shop Meijer, simply paying with cash, PIN-based debit
card or linked Meijer Credit Card. Purchases made with a linked Meijer
Credit Card earn 1%. Purchases made with cash or PIN-based debit card
and a swiped Meijer 1 Card earn 0.5%. Our organization number is: 278712,
Scioto Ridge Elementary School.
Target's Take Charge of Education:
Target’s program is based on using Target® Visa®. Target donates
1% of your purchases at Target and Target.com*
and 1/2% of purchases made elsewhere with your Target® Visa®.
If you already have a card but haven’t selected Scioto Ridge, you may
do so at Target.com. Our Target School ID is 112050. If you have any questions
about these programs, you may contact Kathy Kamnikar at Kathy@goantiques.com.
Thank you for your continued support!
